Material

Various fibers of Nylon, Polyester and P.P Multi-f. in 100% and the various combination of materials between cover Br. and core Br. are available according to customers' request and applications, i.e for floating or sinking in the sea.

Doubel Braided Rope is the new construction of rope cover the problems of other constructions of ropes used for a long time.(i.e 3-S & 8-S Ropes)

Characters

• High Breaking Load
  Due to close braiding between strands more yarns than 3-S & 8-S Ropes are contained for high breaking load.
  
• Low elongation
  The extension rate is lower than 3-S & 8-S Rope.
  (But higher than wire rope & HMPE)
  
• Good Handling
  As it is solid, round and flexible, it works well on winches.
  
• Good Abrasion resistance
  As the cover of Double Braided Rope consists of many strands, the surface is round and smooth. So the friction tends to be dispersed equally to the many strands and is expected to be minimized.
  
• Good Shock absorption
  As it consists of many strands, shocks is dispersed to all strands and absorbed well.
  
• Eye-splicing
  The Eye-splicing is applicable by manual with tools.
